Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AUM Travels, we offer a wide range of travel services for our customers. Before confirming any booking or service, we ensure that all your concerns and queries are addressed. Our team explains the details of the services and verifies all information to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

If you have any questions regarding our services, bookings, or policies, you are welcome to contact us by phone, email, or by submitting a request before making any payment.

Once you are satisfied and provide confirmation, our team will begin processing your request or booking immediately.

Refund Policy

If a customer decides to cancel the service after confirmation, the refundable balance amount will be processed within 3–4 working days and credited to the customer's bank account or original payment method, subject to applicable terms and deductions.

Cancellation Policy

• If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation, an agency cancellation fee of $25 will apply.

• Some airlines may charge additional cancellation fees. Customers are advised to review the airline’s cancellation policies on the respective airline’s website.

• After the 24-hour period, cancellations will be subject to airline cancellation policies and applicable agency fees.

Service Policy

Our goal is to provide high-quality and professional travel services to all our customers. All standard payment methods accepted by AUM Travels must be completed before any booking is finalized.

We make every effort to assist our customers, resolve their queries, and begin processing services only after receiving their approval.

Policy Compliance

By using the services of AUM Travels, you agree to comply with our terms and policies. If any customer is found violating our policies, AUM Travels reserves the right to terminate or cancel the service agreement. In such cases, the amount paid may not be refundable.
