These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of this travel website and all travel-related products, services, and content. You should carefully read and review all the information in these Terms of Use. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Name Policy

The first name and last name of each traveler must be entered into the reservation exactly as they appear on your government-issued identification, such as your Passport, Driver’s License, or any other acceptable form of identification as required. Name changes are not allowed. However, some typographical error corrections may be permitted depending upon the airline and may incur a charge.

Fare and Schedule Changes

Tickets are not guaranteed until they are ticketed. At times, even after the confirmation of a reservation, the fare may be changed by the supplier. We will notify you of any fare changes. AUM Travels does not assume any responsibility, financial or otherwise, for such fare changes made by the supplier.

We will notify you of the new fare, and at that point you may either cancel or proceed with the purchase at the new cost. You have the right to cancel the booking at no cost if there is a fare increase before ticketing and before your card is charged. No cancellation fees will apply in such cases.

All airlines have different rules and policies regarding schedule changes.

Payment Policy

We accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards issued from the US and Canada.

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars.

The total amount you pay may appear as two or more charges on your credit card. However, the total charges will equal the amount authorized by you at the time of booking.

Prices do not include airline baggage fees.

Tickets are guaranteed only upon ticketing, not upon submission of payment. If your credit card payment cannot be processed for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours.

We provide safe and secure transactions.

No bookings will be confirmed until full payment has been authorized, processed, and the tickets have been issued.

AUM Travels will not process credit or debit card transactions unless our verification team determines that the transaction is safe to process. To establish the validity of such transactions, we may contact you or your bank.

Credit Card Declines

If your credit card is declined at the time of processing your transaction, we will make every effort to notify you by email within 24 hours.

The transaction will not be processed if your credit card has been declined. The fare and any other booking details will not be guaranteed.

Documents Required for Travel

All customers traveling internationally must obtain and carry the necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and other required documentation.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing travel restrictions and obtaining all required travel documents before the travel date.

AUM Travels is not responsible for providing answers to specific questions related to travel documentation requirements.

Travel Changes, Special Requests, Cancellation, Credit & Refund Policy

If allowed by airline fare rules, cancelled tickets may be partially refunded or exchanged for the original purchase price minus applicable airline penalties, plus any fare difference between the original fare paid and the fare associated with the new ticket.

Cancellation penalties are subject to airline policies and may include an agency fee whether you cancel online or through an agent.

AUM Travels has no control over airline penalties associated with refunds or exchanges. Some airlines may offer only a future travel credit instead of a refund.

International travel often includes multiple airlines, each with its own set of fare rules. If multiple fare rules apply, the most restrictive rule will apply to the entire booking.

If a full or partial refund is issued, it will be processed on the same day from our side after cancellation. However, it may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Unaccompanied Minor

Airline tickets will not be sold directly to unaccompanied minors under 13 years of age.

Each airline sets its own policies and regulations for children traveling without an adult passenger. Please check directly with the airline for minor age requirements, as policies may change.

Some airlines do not allow unaccompanied minors to travel without an adult. Some airlines only allow minors to travel on non-stop flights. Additional fees may also apply at check-in.
